The Plantation Business Center is dedicated to executive office suites and professional business people that want to be located in an executive building with professional amenities. The building is located on West State Street/HWY 44 directly across the street from the first hole of the River Run Golf Course.

Our Executive Office Building has a 14 foot high monument sign that can easily be seen by the 1,200,000 cars that pass our building every month so customers will have no problem finding you. The State Capitol building in downtown Boise is just 4 miles to the east while downtown Eagle is just 5 miles to the west. In both directions you are just minutes from restaurants, shopping centers and anything else you could need or ask for including the I-84 connector, Hwy 20/26, Hwy 44 and Hwy 55.

Our executive office building is a 2-Story, 14,000+ square foot Class A professional office building comprised of an east and west side connected by a 1,074 square foot lobby and foyer. The west side is comprised of 6,052 square feet with a total of twenty executive office suites, a Day Suite Office, a conference room, reception area, break room, two restrooms (one with shower) and a copy/printer room. The east side has a total of 7,203 square feet and 23 office suites, elevator, meeting center, conference room, Full Time Manager Office, and includes the 1,074 square foot lobby and reception area with a full time receptionist to meet and greet your clients and guests. Both buildings have new commercial carpet, tile, custom wood, granite and marble finishes throughout.

The Plantation Business Center offers premium office suites that are pre-wired for voip, data, multi-line telephone, and high speed Internet access. Leases include high speed internet (100mb/10mb). Also included with each lease is access to a full service professional conference room with speaker phone, long distance phone service, Internet and flat panel television. We have an onsite service manager with 25 years of technical support experience to help you get your office up and running quickly and efficiently. For clients that need more than their cell phone, we make it simple to choose a carrier (CenturyLink, Sparklight) and activate phone service to your individual suite and quickly have a landline and/or fax line available to you.

The Plantation Business Center wants to make sure you have secure access to the building 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. If you want to use your office in the evening or after hours, we have ample, well lit parking areas next to the building and all entry points and hallways are constantly monitored by security cameras. All clients have their own personal keyless entry code to get into the building and a key to their own suite. During normal business hours we have an onsite receptionist available at the front desk to greet your visitors and notify you of their arrival. We also offer your visitors a comfortable waiting area in the reception area.
